What is included ? 18'' Bobo Balloons with 3m long led light. Helium and Batteries are included.

1) Helium-inflation allow balloon to float. Floating time is about 8-10hours (Depending on weather condition/temperature and how balloons are being handled and transported)

2) Uninflated (Flat packaging) - Self inflation using hand pump is needed.
