We accept PayNow, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.

All orders require full payment upfront to confirm the booking.

For operational and security reasons, cash on delivery is not available.

2)How many days in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 3 days in advance of your event date to ensure design availability and preferred delivery time slots.

For same-day or next-day orders, please WhatsApp or call us at +65 8157 6661 to check availability before ordering.

3)Can I arrange urgent self-collection?

Yes. You may opt for self-collection from our studio.

4)Do you offer same-day balloon delivery in Singapore?

Yes, same-day balloon delivery is available on selected designs, subject to availability and daily capacity. Please contact us early to secure a slot.

5)Can balloons last outdoors or in Singapore weather?

Our balloons are designed for indoor and sheltered setups. Outdoor setups may be affected by heat, wind, and humidity. We’ll always advise the best option for your venue.

6)Do you customise balloon designs?

Yes. We offer customised balloon bouquets, personalised gifts, and event styling. Share your theme, colours, or occasion with us and we’ll tailor a design to suit.

7)Do you handle full event setups or fringe activities?

Yes. In addition to balloons, we also manage fringe activities such as balloon sculpting, face painting, and glitter tattoos for events. This allows for a smoother, coordinated celebration experience.

8)Where are you located?

Our studio is based in Bishan / Sin Ming, Singapore, with delivery services available islandwide.
